Luke Hancock is a Community Engagement Manager at Constellation, where he focuses on employee engagement and corporate philanthropy across the company’s national footprint. He works to connect employees with meaningful opportunities to give back through volunteerism and charitable giving. He also leads the company’s Youth Energy Summit and a newly expanded giving effort at the Calvert Cliffs Clean Energy Center in Southern Maryland. Luke has been with the company and its predecessors since 2015, previously serving as the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Baltimore Gas and Electric and on the Marketing team at BGE HOME.

Luke holds a B.S. in Marketing and Business Professional Writing from Salisbury University and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland. A Harford County resident, he enjoys hiking, trail running, traveling, and spending time at the beach with his wife, Jess, and their two daughters, Maisie and Sage. He joined the GVC board in 2020 and currently serves as Board President.
