J.T. Dean is the Director of Advancement at Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School where he leads the philanthropic and communications programs for the organization. J.T. is a career nonprofit professional in philanthropy and advocacy. He holds a B.S. from Bucknell University. As a runner, boater, and native plant enthusiast around the Gunpowder, he is committed to the health of the Chesapeake Bay watershed. He lives by Loch Raven Reservoir with his family. He has been drawn to GVC’s work to empower individuals to protect the Gunpowder and have an impact in their community.
