Categories: Staff & Consultants

Ebram Victoria is a PhD candidate in Architecture, Urbanism, and the Built Environment and graduate of the Master of Landscape Architecture program at Morgan State University. Convinced that nature is therapeutic, his research and professional passions aim to elevate a conversation around designing with nature to engineer ease in people and places, particularly for people living along coastal cityscapes.

He has experience working in many different aspects with the environment, ranging from plant care, urban forestry, ecological master planning, cultural landscape preservation, community engagement, and environmental education. The communities he has worked in around the Chesapeake and beyond include urban inner cities, surburban towns, commercial districts, waterfronts, farms, and rural indigenous reservations.

As a landscape design and build practitioner, his work over the last 15 years has focused on using hybrid models of green and blue infrastructure to reclaim and create landscapes that provide extrasensory experiences; spaces that remind us (and the birds, bees, and butterflies) of nature’s allure, With each site, the goal is always the same: improve water, soil, and air quality, thereby improving quality of life for all creatures, including humans.
