J.T. Dean is the Director of Major and Individual Gifts at Chesapeake Conservancy where he leads the engagement, fundraising, and stewardship programs for individual supporters and family philanthropy. J.T. is a career nonprofit professional in philanthropy and advocacy. He holds a B.S. from Bucknell University. As a runner, boater, and native plant enthusiast around the Gunpowder, he is committed to the health of the Chesapeake Bay watershed. He lives by Loch Raven Reservoir with his family. He has been drawn to GVC’s work to empower individuals to protect the Gunpowder and have an impact in their community.
