Julie D. Plume is a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at T. Rowe Price. She holds both a MBA and a MS in finance degree from the University of Maryland, Robert H School of Business as well as a licensed CPA in Maryland. She has invested in the community youth through her time on several school PTA boards and as a parks and recreation volunteer. She is excited to join Gunpowder Valley Conservancy to help transition her love of the outdoors whether it be running, hiking, or swimming into action to help preserve the beauty and calming presence of the Gunpowder watershed for the future generations
