She brings expertise in organizational change and risk management, relationship development, communications, adoption, learning strategy and program governance.

A lifelong nature enthusiast, photographer, and avid gardener, Kathleen is passionate about supporting environmental ecosystems through education, advocacy, and stewardship. Her fascination with wildlife and insects began in childhood and evolved into a strong commitment to conservation and ecological landscaping. Through her Baltimore pollinator garden, she strives to inspire curious neighbors to create bio-diverse habitats, remove invasive species, and experience the beauty and vitality they can bring to their own landscapes.
