Sarah Ramsey
Sarah Ramsey is a communications professional and educator with an MBA from the University of Baltimore and a background in brand storytelling, community engagement, and environmental outreach. She has spent the past decade helping organizations clarify their message and connect visually with the people they serve, including organizations like the Michigan State Parks.
A lifelong lover of the outdoors, Sarah grew up in Kingsville, Maryland, where time outside, whether hiking local trails or exploring nearby waterways, has always been part of daily life. She has a special connection to the Gunpowder watershed through paddleboarding on its waters and spending time hiking and observing the landscape that makes the region so unique.
Sarah is excited to bring her passion for storytelling, education, the outdoors, and community connection to the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy and to help share the importance of protecting and restoring the watershed for future generations.
