William Weaver is the Maryland State Business Manager for RES where he has worked on numerous stream restoration, stormwater, and living shoreline projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He holds a BS degree in Environmental Geology from The College of William and Mary. Since 2021, he and his wife have been volunteering with GVC as Stream Captains. In 2024, they received Bay Wise certification through the Master Gardeners for their home in Baltimore County. When not in streams for his professional or volunteer efforts, he and his wife and dogs enjoy getting out at any number of Maryland parks or trail locations throughout the Gunpowder Watershed.
